Meeta will be teaching up to 10 hours of yoga giving you the opportunity to participate in as much or little as you wish.
In addition to the delicious vegetarian meals provided by the centre (breakfast, lunch and dinner), ample fresh fruit, snacks and herbal teas will also be available throughout the retreat and also, Meeta will be bringing along some of her own culinary masterpieces to help us keep up our energy levels!

|Friday||17:00-18:15 ... ... Hip Opening ... ... We begin our weekend journey by working on our hips, along the way bringing release to many muscle groups that are tight. In this practice we will learn how the hips can impact the rest of the body and the mind in strange ways. We will learn the best techniques and yoga poses to mobilise the hips and release tension.|
|Saturday||05:30-08:15 ... ... Yoga Class & Meditation ... ... The Saturday and the Sunday itineraries both begin with a 45 minute meditation ... ... We will move on into a heart-warming Sun-Vinyasa flow introducing some of Meeta's favourite variations on the basic sun-salutation with postures that improve cardio strength, flexibility, and the endurance to burn fat in a good yogic workout..||10:30 - 12:30 ... ... Yin Class ... ... This class starts off with basic postures that involve deep stretching and hip opening, that affect the connective tissues of the body, bringing about balance, strength, and flexibility. Toward the end, restorative yoga techniques are applied to cultivate a peaceful and meditative mind. The goal of restorative yoga is to bring the body an experience of total rest and relaxation. This gentle practice sequence allows the body and mind to be at ease where the breath is maintained at a steady phase. The duration of each posture held varies according to the individual’s ability, but the goal is to settle the body into the poses in a comfortable state and further establish a deeper connection between the body, breath, and mind. Various props are used to provide support and enable the yogis to rest into the pose with ease.||17:00 - 18:15 ... ... The Core ... ... Core muscles are a very important group of muscles that help prevent various back and neck problems. Sports such as golf, weightlifting, spinning, and water sports all require strong core muscles Our Core Yoga class will include plank-based and dandasana-based postures to develop core strength. We will all be ready for dinner!|
|Sunday||05:30-08:15 ... ... Yoga Class & Meditation ... ... After our 45 minutes in a meditation posture ending with 15 minutes in silence, we move into Meeta's Yin-Yang Vinyasa Flow.||10:00-11:15 ... ... The final session from Meeta .. 30 minutes of cardio fat burning exercise; a 15 minute wind-down and stretch followed by a 30 minute session with the weights. Ooooohhhhmmmmmm! ... ... We will have a short 10 minute T-break before moving in to the final session of the retreat ...||12:00 - 13:00 ... ... Final release, relaxation to the sound of the gongs.|
