This feel-good hip opening workshop will help to open your hips and hamstrings in a loving way to dive into deeper postures. Supple hips can ease back pain and improve circulation in your legs. Your body will be so grateful for allowing yourself to let go of the stress and negative emotions we carry in our pelvis. It is said that whenever we don’t know what to do with a negative emotion or feeling we carry it within our pelvis. Meeta will lead you through a series of postures that will open your hips and make you feel refreshed and energised.

Spend all day slouching or hunching forward in a chair? Then this is an ideal workshop for you; it counters this forward bending motion to help keep the spine correctly aligned to prevent back pain that can be caused by hunching or slouching. The back bending asanas are beneficial to open the front of the body and heart, in this workshop Meeta will guide you into deep backbends that will also open up other areas of the body including the shoulders and hips. By the end of the workshop you will feel the tension in the back and spine relieved and help you to feel more energised.

Join Meeta and guest teacher Regi for this unique Sunday afternoon workshop. Starting with a powerful 60 minutes Yoga class by Meeta where (as always!) you get physically and mentally challenged. We will then have a short fruit and comfort break before moving straight away into enjoying our awesome Roll & Release session with Regi.
Roll & Release is a form of self-massage. It is a pathway of healing, flexibility, letting go of tensions and emotional energy that can cause a lot of suffering.
Of course, this amazing workshop would not be complete without some wonderful home-made food from Meeta!
