Meeta’s Yoga Workshops
One and a half hours of concentrated yoga practise under Meeta’s expert guidance followed by some time to relax, socialise and enjoy a meal from Meeta’s wonderful kitchen.

Meeta will be teaching us how to truly rest, restore, and replenish. This workshop will be meditative practice encouraging mindful non-judgmental awareness of the present moment by holding long, passive stretches.
Props will be used to assist our achievement of specific positions that allow the body to release tension for optimum performance in the organs and muscles.
Highly recommended for busy people and those suffering from injury, stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression, high blood pressure, digestive issues, or fatigue.
The main body of the practice will be in the Yin Yoga tradition with long, deep holds of postures for 2-5 minutes allowing the body to move beyond a muscular level and get into deep tissue work.
This practice will be challenging physically and mentally - and wonderful as a restorative practice enabling increase in your range of motion.
On completion of the yoga - we will relax and socialise a little while Meeta serves us with her wonderful home-made vegetable curry with rice and Naan breads.

Hot, Candle-lit Yin & Yang Workshop with Special Food

Yin & Yang Yoga’s balanced and accessible practice combines warming, dynamic, fluid sequences with restful, deep, rejuvenating postures. These two approaches to asana practice offer specific and powerful physical and energetic benefits. When combined they work to balance the solar and lunar, masculine and feminine, and yang and yin energies.
Come join Meeta for a complete yoga immersion – experience strength and lightness, relaxation and energy, masculine and feminine, yin and yang. We will begin with a calming Yin Yoga practice to soothe body and mind, followed by an invigorating dynamic Vinyasa Flow sequence to build stamina and strength. The final part of the workshop will be Yoga Nidra
The workshop will start with a quiet and gentle Yin yoga sequence to still the mind and soften the body.
After the workshop Meeta will serve Mexican RAJMA BURRITOS. These high protein vegetarian Mexican rajma burritos definitely score high after Yin Yang.
Meeta will also serve her special savoury, sharp, sweet flavour exotic MANGO, AVOCADO & PAPAYA SALAD.
We will finish our meal with MINCE PIE & CREAM and be happy for the next 12 month. :-))
