One and a half hours of concentrated yoga practise under Meeta’s expert guidance followed by some time to relax, socialise and enjoy a meal from Meeta’s wonderful kitchen.

Don't we all LOVE our PLANK and CORE? 🙂
Come and join us for this lovely warm-room workshop where Meeta will help us tone all of the core muscles of the body especially the abdomen, chest and lower back. This will also strengthen our arms, wrists and shoulders - preparing us for challenging postures in the future.
Of course PLANK also strengthens the muscles surrounding the spine, which improves posture.
After the workshop Meeta will serve home-made black lentil soup (Urad dal) and vegetable curry with cumin basmati rice, naan and papadums.
Urad dal is high in protein, super versatile, a really good source fibre and contains important vitamins and minerals.
