I love Meeta’s style of teaching because you never know what yoga class you are coming to! Every class is different which means you can’t think “I’m not going to go on a particular day because that session is a bit of a challenge” – because you just never know what you will be doing in your next class.
Over the years I have done loads of different fitness classes and they can be very repetitive, very dull. Meeta’s yoga classes are never dull !
Meeta pushes your boundaries. When you attend regularly she gets to know your body and what you can and cannot do. She knows when to push you and when not to. I like that because I can be lazy and she takes you out of your comfort zone so you improve every time.
I’m coming up to 52, I don’t do any exercise other than yoga. On average I manage to practise twice a week and I find that that keeps me ticking over. I mean, I can touch my toes and my 13 year old daughter can’t !! :))
Actually the reason I do yoga is mentally more than physically, the physical side is a huge bonus. I have a really hectic job, I have a hectic home life and this is my time so the whole idea of yoga for me is being in the present moment. Meeta’s classes deliver this in spades!
Having experienced yoga with Meeta, I doubt that I shall ever go back to a normal fitness class again – and I’m so comfortable here that I doubt I would manage to find another yoga class as good as Meeta’s.
