5 Reasons to join Meeta for a Yoga Retreat:
1. You’ll get a new perspective on your life.
Going to a new place creates an opportunity to see the world, and yourself, in a new light.
2. You will have the opportunity to meditate.
When you have extended free time, it’s a lot easier to meditate. No iPhone ringing or a boss reminding you about deadlines. On retreats, it feels a lot more natural to breathe deeply and be present in the moment.
3. You can relax and de-stress.
Sometimes we have to be far from home to give ourselves the permission to really relax. Being on a retreat allows you to listen to your body, rest when you need it, and be free from stress and anxiety.
4. You’ll make new friends.
You will meet individuals with similar interests. Even if you go alone, you have a chance to make friends with people who you might know for the rest of your life.
5. You’ll appreciate home.
A retreat will allow you to come home with a refreshed appreciation for your life. You will feel happier, healthier and re-energised.
Some Testimonials from past retreats:
Usha – I had an amazing experience for a whole weekend at the yoga retreat. Arriving at the farm house was magical – it was secluded and felt hundreds of miles away from city life. The journey took me an hour – but should have only taken 30 minutes because I got lost on the way! Read more

Daleep – The first Yoga retreat for the year 2012 was attended by nine enthusiastic yogis. A great time was had by all, and it can be said without hesitation that pain is only a sensation. Read more
